In this video, we are working with two reactive dogs. Oliver (Frenchie) is working on remaining calm and still while another dog moves around him. Gerry (GSD) is working on walking and remaining calm when moving towards another dog head on. We are working on building up quick and successful repetitions with Gerry and slowly decreasing his distance threshold, getting closer to Oliver each time. When he calmly walks close to Oliver, we are using negative reinforcement for both dogs. Oliver's reinforcement is Gerry leaving his space and Gerry's reinforcement is getting to gain more distance from Oliver.
